Accessing the OMGS web site
Log in using your email address and password of choice. If you forgotten or have never known your password, just use the link ‘Forgot password’ which is right next to the log-in dialogue box. If your email address is not recognised, contact the Honorary Secretary or Honorary Treasurer
If you haven’t already joined, go to the 'Apply to join' page to submit your online application
Note - applications must be approved before access to the members' area is granted
Members' directoryThe Members' directory provides excellent search facilities. Using keyword search, you can type in any information that appears in the Members' directory list and the list will be limited to matching records. For example, you can type in 'Berkshire' to locate Berkshire Golf Club members Click on the e-mail address to send an email to another member; click on the name to view the member’s details | Member profilesYour personal data, which you are responsible for maintaining, is held online in a secure area only visible to other OMGS members. Click on the link ‘View profile’ and click the button ‘Edit profile’ to make any changes Click on the ‘Privacy’ link to control personal information that other members can see and the ‘Email subscriptions’ link to manage the emails that you receive |
Fixtures
Fixtures include matches against clubs and other societies, meetings and tournaments, in which we compete against clubs and other societies
MatchesIf you would like to play in a match, please use online registration to apply so that the Match Manager knows you are available The Match Manager will select the team from those who have registered | MeetingsNotification emails for meetings will be sent out in the months leading up to the meeting and will include a direct link to the event on the web site You can register at any time for meetings. Don’t wait for the email! |
Tournaments
Tournaments are by selection only, so there is no registration to play. However, if you want to go along to support, register as a 'Spectator' and you will be sent confirmation and details (e.g. team selections and starting times) a week or so before it the event
Note – You can also register non-members as spectators so they also receive event details
