The Summer Meeting will be held on Thursday 5th June, 2024 at Worplesdon Golf Club. Worplesdon is one of the classic Surrey heathland courses, laid out in 1908 by J F Abercromby with the greens and bunkers constructed by Willie Park Junior. Worplesdon was recently recognised at the inaugural Golf Course Awards as the 2024 GB & Ireland Golf Course of the Year
Please try to arrive by 08:45. Tea & Coffee is included, bacon rolls are £6
9:20 am – 18 Holes (Foursomes)
1:20 pm – Two-Course Lunch (Jacket & Tie required)
2:20 pm – 18 Holes (Three-balls)
Cost for the day is £111 for Over 30s (25% subsidy) and £89 for Under 30s including a 2-course lunch. Worplesdon members pay £21 for lunch. A reduction is available if playing a single round.
The trophies we are playing for include – Scratch, Handicap and ”Veterans” - to qualify for Veterans please let me know if you're over 60 - as well as with your partner in the afternoon
